Qualit-e has designed four (4) job paths to help applicants in their preparation for a thriving and rewarding career. Each job path is designed to enhance and hone the skills necessary to enable individuals to perform their best in their work environment. Whatever path you are advised to take, it is a path that will help you in realizing your dream. Learn how each path works and how each can help you prepare for your future.
Qualit-e Jobs Path I

When you qualify for Path I, you will be following these steps:

This job path is a well-tailored and comprehensive placement service that involves the following:
- Hotline Interview
This is an in-depth interview to determine your professional expertise and employment goals.
- Orientation
Attend a personalized service orientation designed to assist applicants in enhancing their interview skills, professional-standard Curriculum Vitae (CV) preparation, telephone etiquette, customer relations’ basics as well as other tips for a successful job application.
After the orientation, you will be given your account information. This will allow you to access your account and browse for jobs that match your skills in the Qualit-e website. You will also be able to apply for jobs online.
Applicants who successfully pass our evaluation exams automatically qualify under Qualit-e Jobs Path I at no cost and will automatically be qualified for our placement services absolutely free!
Applicants who do not qualify for our Qualit-e Jobs Path I, will be advised to take any of the other Qualit-e Jobs Path based on their interview results.
Qualit-e Jobs Path II
Classroom Based Qualit-e Training
Registered trainees will attend classroom instruction for 2 weeks (80 hours). The trainee will choose the learning center nearest his/her location and will pay a Training Bond of Php4,000.00 which is refundable upon job placement. Once they pass the Exit Exam for Path II, they will be qualified for Path I where they will be matched to the appropriate job through Qualit-e's job placement services.

Students who do not qualify for Qualit-e Jobs Path I and II will be advised to:
- Register in Qualit-e Jobs Path III and IV
Qualit-e Jobs Path III and IV are our Web-based Qualit-e English for Call Center Training Paths which requires a minimum of 120 and 200 hours of our on-line intensive training, respectively at an Internet café near you or in the comfort of your own home.
- Take the High Intermediate Level Exam
This exam is a Readiness Assessment Tool for Qualit-e Jobs Path II.
- Complete Qualit-e Jobs Path II
Qualit-e Jobs Path II is a two-week classroom-based Qualit-e English Call Center Training Program.
- Wait for the Perfect Job
Our placement team will be more than happy to find the perfect job for you once you qualify for Qualit-e Jobs Path I.
Qualit-e Jobs Path III
Online Center Based Training: Minimum of 120 hours Web-based Qualit-e English for Call Center Training
If you are advised to register in the Qualit-e Jobs Path III, you will have to choose a schedule from an Authorized Qualit-e Online Training Center. You are required to provide the deposit of the Php4,000.00 Training bond which will enable you to start your training access at the agreed time and dates.
This path is an On-The-Job (OJT) Training geared to assist you in building the base knowledge of your communication skills. You will be required to be in attendance for the next 5 to 6 weeks for 4 hours a day at the designated Qualit-e Online Training Center. We will assist you in honing your knowledge of the English language.
Once qualified for Path III, you are required to:

Upon passing the Exit Interview, you will be advised to proceed to the Qualit-e Jobs Path that fits your skill level based on the interview results. Otherwise, you will be advised to retake the subject/s where you failed.
Qualit-e Jobs Path IV
Online Center Based Training: Minimum of 200 hours Web-based Qualit-e English Online
This Program Scheme follows an ascending progression from Qualit-e Jobs Path IV all the way up to Qualit-e Jobs Path I. It is specifically designed to improve not only your English communication skills but also to prepare you for a career in the Call Center industry.
Qualit-e Jobs Path IV will allow you to complete a minimum of 200 hours of Qualit-e English Online training and upon completion you must meet the minimum level of acceptance in your Exit Exam which will be made available to you by your mentor once you satisfy the minimum hours required. You just have to choose your own schedule and purchase the Access Key from the authorized Qualit-e Online Training Center.

The Training Fee for Qualit-e Jobs Path IV is Php1,000.00. Upon passing the Exit Interview, you will be advised to proceed to the Qualit-e Jobs Path that fits your skill level based on the interview results. Otherwise, you will be advised to retake the subject/s where you failed.
