- Appropriate training programs to guarantee quicker job placement.
JOB APPLICATION
Yes. You can take our web-based training program in an assigned Online Learning Center or in the comfort of your own home. However, you still need to choose a learning center to get your Access Key.
What if I fail the training program?
If you fail the training program, you will pay an additional amount to retake the subject that you failed.
How do I register for a training program?
The procedures for registration depend on what training program you are advised to take. Read about the different jobs paths to see the procedures for each.
How do I pay for the training program?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay. The email will contain an Invoice/Deposit Slip that you can take to the Learning Center (for Path III and IV) or take to the authorized bank for payment (for Paths II) and online validation.
What kinds of training programs are available?
The training program you are advised to take will depend on the results of your preliminary evaluation. Available training programs are either classroom-based (Qualit-e Jobs Path II) or web-based. The classroom-based training can be taken for two weeks (2) while the web-based training is available for 120hours (Qualit-e Jobs Path III) and 200 hours (Qualit-e Jobs Path IV) minimum training time.
If I don’t qualify for job placement in the initial evaluation, will I still be able to get job placement after I take the required training?
Yes. All our training programs are geared to equip you for job placement. Once you have passed a training program, you will advance to the next program until you qualify for the job placement program.
How do I qualify for application?
To qualify, you must be:
- 18 years old and above,
- at least 2nd year college,
- of good moral character with appropriate references and
- with working knowledge of basic computer applications.
Is there a fee to pay when I apply for job placement?
No. Qualified applicants get our job placement services absolutely FREE!
To apply, you are required to
- Fill-out the Online Application Form,
- Take the Employment Questionnaire and
- Take the English Assessment Test.
Do I get hired immediately when I apply for job placement?
You will be eligible for job placement upon passing our assessment exams and final interview. However, if you do not qualify for job placement, you will be advised to take any of our training programs to improve your skills and prepare you for job placement.
Why am I asked for information I already provided when I submit my registration form?
This usually happens when you forget to provide some information that is required. You need not complete all sections of the registration form but sections such as your Personal Particulars and References are required sections. If you do not provide information for these sections, you will be asked to fill them out when you submit your form including some parts of the sections you already completed as well as your Login Password. Make sure to provide all information especially those primarily required before submitting your registration form.

How do I apply for my Internet café to be an Online Learning Center?
To apply, you need to:
- Complete the Online Registration Form.
- Print and complete the Online Center Contract: a Qualit-E Sales Agent will visit you to deliver the form to our office for signature and notarization.
- Generate your first Access Key for your first student.
- Check your email for payment instructions.
The regular setup fee for an Online Learning Center is Php10,000.00. However, we have an ongoing promotion for online center that does not require full payment of the setup fee before account activation. What is the investment cost for a Qualit-e Group Learning Center franchise?
Investment costs will vary depending on the size of the learning center, the location, type of the learning center and several other factors. The investment cost for a Qualit-e Online Center is estimated at Php1 million and the Qualit-e Learning Center at Php4 million. Investment cost will cover the following:
- franchise fee
- lease hold improvements
- operating equipment
- collateral/surety bond
- project management fee
- learning center launching activities
- POS - Point of Sales System w/ hardware package
How much is the franchise fee?
The franchise fee for the Qualit-e Online Center is Php500,000 and Php1,500,000 for the Qualit-e Group Learning Center. The franchise fee is paid upon the signing of the franchise agreement and is payment for the rights to use the franchiser’s trademark and business system as well as for the activities at the start of the franchise agreement such as site evaluation, assistance in recruitment and training for the initial learning center team.
What is the Qualit-e Group Learning Center Franchise Agreement?
The Franchise Agreement grants a franchisee the right to operate a specific Qualit-e Learning Center, at a single address, for a period of 8 years. These rights include the use of the Qualit-e Learning Center trade name and trademarks, proprietary products, learning center design, signage, and use of Qualit-e Learning Center methods of operation. In return, the franchisee agrees to operate the business in accordance with the Qualit-e Learning Center established standards of quality, service, cleanliness and customer service. The franchisee is expected to do his/her utmost best to operate his/her learning center to achieve its fullest potential in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction.
What is a Qualit-e Wholesaler?
A Qualit-e Wholesaler is an entity (online center) that purchases “keys” in bulk at a discounted price and resells the keys to Qualit-e students.
What does the Qualit-e Learning Center look for in a prospective franchisee?
The Qualit-e Learning Center looks for a franchisee applicant with the following characteristics:
- highly motivated and shares the same values as Qualit-e Learning Center in terms of commitment to quality and service;
- dedicated to running the business on a full time basis, not as an investor but as a hands-on operator (owner/manager);
- capable of meeting the financial requirements;
- with an entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take calculated risks and with the strong desire to succeed;
- with business management skills preferably with education services experience;
- very good interpersonal relationship skills and
- willing to operate within the Qualit-e Learning Center system.
Does Qualit-e Group provide financing?
No, Qualit-e Group does not provide financing.
How long is the franchise term?
The franchise term is for eight (8) years.
The royalty fees are paid on a monthly basis for the on going use of the Qualit-e Group name and systems as well as for the continuing support activities of Qualit-e Group. a) Online Center – See Chart of Fees of total monthly purchases and b) Learning Center – See Chart of Fees of total monthly gross sales.
How much is the advertising fee?
The advertising fee is 1.5% of the total Gross Sales for national advertising co-operative and 3% of the total Gross Sales for local advertising, derived from both Online Center and Learning Center and is paid on a monthly basis.
Qualit-e Learning Center will provide training for one Managing Director, the management team and the staff who must all successfully complete the Learning Center Operations Training Program. The training for the initial batch of hirees will be free of charge but all succeeding training for new employees will be charged. Training excludes salaries, meal, transportation, and lodging cost of the employees as well as out of pocket expenses of trainers for training activities conducted outside of Metro Manila. The Franchisee’s Managing Director and Learning Center Staff will also be required to attend trainings during the duration of the franchise term to upgrade their skills. A Qualit-e Learning Center Operations Manual will also be provided for reference purposes and will be updated as needed.
Will Qualit-e Learning Center provide the manpower to operate the learning center?
Qualit-e Learning Center will assist the franchise in the recruitment of its team free of charge for the initial learning center team but recruitment cost will be charged for succeeding hires. The learning center personnel will be directly hired by the franchisee and will be responsible for their salaries and benefits.
When you apply for a Qualit-e Learning Center franchise, you may propose a site location but it will be subject to site assessment and analysis.
What are the required sizes of the learning center space?
For the Online Center a minimum of 80sqm (square meters) and for the Learning Center a minimum of 150sqm.
Is there a standard learning center design?
Yes, there is a standard Qualit-e Learning Center facility design, layout, equipment and facilities requirements for each type of learning center.
What continuing support will I receive?
On going support includes regular in-learning center visits to help you identify areas of improvement, assistance in the development of marketing and customer relations programs and activities, new operating procedures, and much more.
What will my return in investment be?
Although the brand name of Qualit-e Learning Center is a strong sales inducing factor, the amount of money a franchisee can expect to make will greatly depend on the ability of the franchisee to manage the business, drive sales volume and control operating costs.
Is there territorial or area exclusivity?
Qualit-e Learning Center does not grant territorial exclusivity. Learning centers may be situated depending on market and customer needs.
