Employment Alliance Consultant (EAC) Program
The Employment Alliance Consultant (EAC) Program gives ordinary people the opportunity to help the majority of aspiring call center applicants increase their chances of getting a high-paying job. EACs will be working hand-in-hand with Franchise Sales Consultants (FSCs) by referring prospective students to Qualit-e for quality training and placement services.
Before being sent out in the field, EACs must be equipped with the knowledge and skills worthy of the Qualit-e stamp, which is a stamp of excellence. Thus, they must undergo training to prepare them for a competitive and challenging career in the field of sales and marketing.
The incentive program for EACs is very simple yet highly profitable. They can refer as many students as they can as more referrals mean more income for the EAC and the Internet Café owner. There is also no standard income for EACs because their income is performance-based; that is, it is directly based on the number of their referrals.
An EAC may earn up to Php1,000.00 from a direct referral while an indirect referral may earn them P100.00. Direct referrals pertain to those referrals made by the EACs themselves. On the other hand, indirect referrals pertain to a referral made by a person referred by the EAC.
The amount received from a direct referral may be broken down into the following:
| Received when their referred student goes through a 2-week instructor-led classroom training program in one of the Qualit-e Learning Centers or a 120-150hr online training program in a Qualit-e Online Training Center. | Php500.00 |

These commissions apply to every paid referred student. No commission will be received if the referred student does not undergo training.
The process for joining this program has been greatly simplified by Qualit-e. In fact, absolutely anybody who wishes to earn limitless income may qualify for the program. Even the café attendants, other Internet café employees and students are welcome to participate and become an EAC. Moreover, interested applicants need not worry about starting from nothing because Qualit-e will provide them the necessary tools for their success. Add to that, there's even no need for them to pay any joining fee but they get to earn limitless income.
There is no joining fee in becoming an EAC. Aspiring EACs only need to fulfill the requirements below:
- They must attend the EAC seminar that may be done through a one-to-one consultation or a group seminar, which will be conducted by the Franchise Sales Consultant (FSC) or an Employment Alliance Consultant (EAC).
- They must undergo the EAC Certification Program the first step of which is to fill-out and sign an EAC registration form.
- They must be familiar with the benefit selling process.
